5 x 1 hr Strength and Conditioning training sessions 1-on-1 with Coach Kyle.


These 1 hour sessions see the athlete work directly with Coach Kyle (Certified PT) to increase athletic ability and achieve fitness goals.


We will design a program to best suit our clients needs at any level and does not have to be sport specific.


Coach works great with Adults and kids the same and will motivate you all the way to your desired outcome.
